How to Register
Registering for a workshop or event with Vidyavachaspati Vidyanand is simple and secure. Follow these steps to reserve your spot:
1. Select Your Workshop
Browse through our Workshops & Events section to find the workshop that interests you. Each workshop includes detailed information on the topics covered, the duration, and the pricing.
2. Contact Us to Register
To register for a workshop, you can reach us via any of the following methods:
- Online Registration (Recommended):
Send an email to workshops@vidyavachaspati.com with the subject line “Workshop Registration – [Workshop Name]”. Please include your full name, contact information, and the workshop you wish to attend. - Phone Registration:
WhatsApp us at +91 91751 92655 to speak with our team and complete your registration over the phone.
3. Payment Confirmation
After your registration request, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Choose from any of the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI Payments
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets
- Bank Transfer
Once the payment is processed, a receipt and registration confirmation will be emailed to you.
4. Receive Your Event Details
After completing your registration, you will receive a follow-up email with all the event details, including the workshop schedule, location (for in-person events), or login credentials (for online workshops).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
